Phase 1 of the CHAC will be getting licensed to rehabilitate injured hawks, hummingbirds, and owls. Initially this work will take place in New Mexico, and possibly other states such as California.

Phase 2 of the CHAC will take place as greater resources become available. It consists of reclamation and conservation work with Mother Earth, and specifically with land and water. The intention will be to purchase abused and polluted land and water sources and to restore them to their natural state.
